Return policy

Return Eligibility:

1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund as appropriate.
2. Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to correct the order and ensure your satisfaction.
3. Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind about a purchase, you may return the unopened and unused product within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging, including all accessories, within [number] days of receiving the RA number.

Refund Process:

Exceptions:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

- Items that have been opened or used unless defective.

- Customized or personalized products.

- Perishable goods.
